Doug Cooper – President and Founder

Doug has had a long and distinguished career, creating transformational marketing, business development and sales success programs for clients and for his own entrepreneurial ventures. He is known for an uncanny ability to engage with clients in a wide range of businesses, from high tech, to consumer products, commercial/industrial, b2b and b2c, uncovering areas of unique competitive advantage for positioning and breakthrough business success. Doug is a thinker, an analyzer, a visionary, a writer, a trusted partner and a doer.

Doug has held executive management positions at a number of companies, and was co-founder of two successful businesses – one, a high tech public relations and marketing firm; and the other, one of the industry’s first web conferencing companies in 1996, that created the concept of screen sharing and remote web-based presentations that are now commonly used by businesses worldwide.

Some other little known facts about Doug Cooper: he co-founded a children’s clothing company that continues to sell handmade children’s clothes made in and imported from central Mexico; and he helped build a heating and air conditioning company into a market leader in energy efficient, Mini Split technology through marketing, business development and strategic partnerships with companies such as Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitsu General.

Doug has an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Above all, Doug is proud to be a good husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and loyal friend; loves animals and supports a variety of charities and good causes.

Lorraine Iverson – Vice President of Media Relations

Lorraine Iverson co-founded Cooper/Iverson Marketing with Doug in 1990 and as CEO, grew the company to over 20 employees as a leader in the high tech marketing field. She was a co-founder of Contigo Software and has served on the boards of directors and in executive committees for a variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Lorraine’s a strategic thinker with a creative bent and a head for the minutia of business. This strong combination makes her the perfect partner for developing a new business’ marketing position or reinventing an old one.

She is an artist, a writer and enjoys foreign travel and spending time with family.
